I made a choice today, after thinking about mental health and what affects it. I see those around me affected by things like social media where they are changed and/or entrenched in their views. One of the catalysts I feel why everyone acts like 3 year olds and won’t talk or acknowledge someone with a different view.

I am stopping reading social media. I will show up on it because of my blog being syndicated onto them, but most of my thoughts will come from my blog and web page. I deleted my apps of Bluesky and Twitter, but Instagram and Facebook because one of my jobs need them.

This may help my ADHD and just my overall health.
